Toro Blanco restaurant is the area inside Bussola in which you can taste the typical Spanish menu with specialties and dishes from the best Iberian tradition. In a comfortable and aired internal environment and in the beautiful external garden, both for lunch and dinner, the proposal goes from tasty buffets with meat and fish tapas to traditional dishes like mixed and fish paellas, fresh tuna or grilled bull meat pinchos.
Traditional atmosphere
Here at Toro Blanco, Spanish meat’s quality meets the portions’ plentifulness thanks to the “Girocarne” formula, that allows you to taste the best meat cuttings of picana, asado, arachera and ribay at a fixed price, together with excellent chuledas and codillo de cerdo, grilled chicken, freshly prepared filets and sirloins served with tasty garnishings. We thought about this proposal in order to allow food lovers to have the chance to discover new flavours and distinguish ourselves from the traditional “all you can eat” formula, because of our raw material’s quality.
Both meat and fish dishes from the Spanish kitchen will be accompanied by this Country’s typical wine varieties, which perfectly match with the strong and mediterranean taste of these recipes.
